CONSULTATION DES ORGANISATIONS DE LA SOCIETE CIVILE (OSC) DE LA RCA, POUR LA FINALISATION DE LA NOUVELLE FEUILLE DE ROUTE SOCIETE CIVILE POUR LA PERIODE 2022-2025
La Maison des Services de Bangui a abrité le vendredi 15 juillet 2022, le lancement officiel de la mission d’appui à la finalisation de la feuille de route (FDR) Société civile période 2022-2025.
En effet, une première Feuille de Route ((FDR) avait été adoptée en 2019 par la Délégation de l’UE en République centrafricaine, ses Etats Membres et les Partenaires Techniques et Financiers (PTF) pour l’engagement avec la société civile centrafricaine pour la période 2019-2021. Deux ans après, une nouvelle mise à jour de cette FDR couvrant la période 2022-2025 est engagée.
Cette équipe conjointe, composée de M. Bernard PANDA, Chargé de Programme de la Délégation de l’Union Européenne en RCA, de M. Ameth Diouf, Chef de mission d’Assistance Technique du Programme REPASOCC, de Mme Félicité KOH, Présidente du Conseil d’Administration de la Maison des Services (MDS) et de M. Faustin DJAGBA, un expert recruté pour cette mission.
L’objectif assigné à cette équipe, est d’enrichir cette feuille de route à travers le plan d’action élaboré basé sur des consultations directes et des sondages auprès de cent (100) OSC à Bangui et dans certaines régions, l’organisation des réunions et des séances de travail sous forme de travaux par groupes thématiques.
Il s’agit de thématique dans différents domaines notamment, de l’Education, la jeunesse, les femmes, la sécurité alimentaire, la bonne gouvernance-réformes électorales, les droits humains, les personnes handicapées, l’entreprenariat, la gestion durable des ressources naturelles et de l’environnement, la paix et cohésion sociale.
Notons que durant 10 jours, cette délégation va se rendre à Mbaiki, Bimbo, Damara, Sibut pour échanger avec la société civile centrafricaine. C’est finalement sur la base des échanges, les sondages et les focus groupes fait avec les OSC ainsi que l’analyse de la situation du contexte nationale de la société civile que les experts de la mission devront produire un rapport synthétique de la situation de la société civile en RCA; une proposition de document de feuille de route réajustée et finalisée ; et un rapport avec des propositions d’orientations, de stratégies et de méthodologies pour le dialogue structuré avec la société civile, en cohérence avec les objectifs du gouvernement centrafricain pour la période 2022-2025.

The House of Services in Bangui hosted on Friday July 15, 2022, the official launch of the support mission for the finalization of the civil society roadmap (FDR) for the period 2022-2025.
Indeed, a first Roadmap ((RDF) had been adopted in 2019 by the EU Delegation in the Central African Republic, its Member States and the Technical and Financial Partners (TFP) for engagement with Central African civil society to the period 2019-2021 Two years later, a new update of this FDR covering the period 2022-2025 is underway.
This joint team, made up of Mr. Bernard PANDA, Program Officer of the European Union Delegation in CAR, Mr. Ameth Diouf, Head of Technical Assistance Mission for the REPASOCC Program, Mrs. Félicité KOH, President of the Council Administration of the House of Services (MDS) and Mr. Faustin DJAGBA, an expert recruited for this mission.
The objective assigned to this team is to enrich this roadmap through the action plan drawn up based on direct consultations and surveys of one hundred (100) CSOs in Bangui and in certain regions, the organization of meetings and working sessions in the form of work by thematic groups.
These are themes in different areas, including education, youth, women, food security, good governance-electoral reforms, human rights, people with disabilities, entrepreneurship, sustainable resource management. natural resources and the environment, peace and social cohesion.
Note that for 10 days, this delegation will go to Mbaiki, Bimbo, Damara, Sibut to discuss with Central African civil society. It is finally on the basis of exchanges, surveys and focus groups made with CSOs as well as the analysis of the situation of the national context of civil society that the experts of the mission will have to produce a summary report of the situation of civil society in CAR; a proposal for a readjusted and finalized roadmap document; and a report with proposed guidelines, strategies and methodologies for structured dialogue with civil society, consistent with the objectives of the Central African government for the period 2022-2025.
