LE GOUVERNEMENT VEUT ACCELERER LE PROJET DE CONSTRUCTION DU PONT SUR LA RIVIERE NGOUBAGARA
Pour accélérer les travaux de la construction du pont Ngoubagara, situé au rondpoint de 8e arrondissement de Bangui qui est très défectueux alors que son enjeu socioéconomique est grand pour la capitale, le Premier ministre Félix MOLOUA a effectué dans la matinée du mercredi 18 mai 2022 une visite sur le chantier afin de pousser l’entreprise en charge d’exécution de mettre bouchée double.
Dans sa déclaration à la presse, le Chef du Gouvernement a indiqué que « les infrastructures d’un pays constituent l’un des moyens pour évaluer le développement de celui-ci. Mais en Centrafrique, le constat est que la démographie est évolutive mais les infrastructures routières sont tellement vétustes et se dégradent à l’instar du ce pont Ngoubagara ». « Il se pose alors l’importance de construire de nouveaux ouvrages routiers de franchissement à ce point de la capitale et dans certaines parties du pays, et pour construire ces infrastructures routières, l’Etat peut compter sur ses propres fonds ou grâce à la coopération bilatérale/multilatérale » d’ajouter.
Il est cependant important de rappeler ce pont dont les travaux sont à 90% d’exécution est construit sur financement propre de l’Etat dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet de modernisation de l’axe aéroport international Bangui Mpoko PK0.
